Respect of the territory and low environmental impact

Since the year 2000, the founder Vittorio adopted pest integrated management system practices. Thanks to his knowledge of the territory, and his experience farming them his whole life, he refined his own farming methods that minimise the use of chemicals and pesticides.

WINEMAKING

elegants, balanced, sophisticated and unique wines

Wine artisan Matteo preserves wine making methods of the past whilst experimenting and combining new ones with state of the art technologies. He creates dynamic and innovative wines with a close to zero use of sulphites and chemicals.

OUR HILLS

52 hectares, 16 of vineyards and 3 of olive trees

We have been planting and growing vineyards since the 1970s on 5 different estates. Dozza's hills reach a maximum height of 275m asl and are located in between two valleys that channel a constant breeze, keeping vineyards off from moulds and fungis that would otherwise form.

The hospitality and warmth that always characterised who preceded us is our greater legacy. In our third generation, we are still welcoming and taking care of our costumers in the same way. We also organise events open to everyone to promote Dozza, his territories, and our everlasting enogastronomic culture.
